Earn rewards every time you shop
When you shop you automatically earn reward points that can be redeemed for money off future orders.
How it works
- Earn 5 points for every £1 you spend
- 1,000 points = £10 off a future order
- Points are awarded automatically once your order is completed.
How to check your points
You can view your points balance and rewards at any time:
- Click the Rewards button on the store (bottom corner of the screen)
- Log in to your customer account
- Your available points and rewards will be shown there.
If you’re not logged in you’ll be prompted to sign in or create an account.
Redeeming your reward
Once you reach 1,000 points:
- A £10 reward becomes available
- Apply it at checkout now or in the future like a normal discount.
Important things to know
- Points are earned on the order value only (excluding shipping)
- Rewards can’t usually be combined with other discount codes
- Points are linked to your email address, so always use the same one when ordering
- Returned or refunded orders will have points adjusted accordingly.
