Ordering
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
This confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and Rivo Models is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:
- Payment cannot be authorised
- A pricing or listing error has occurred
- The item is unavailable
- We suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Rivo Models is not VAT registered. No VAT is charged.
Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Availability
All items are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, Rivo Models may offer items on a pre-order basis.
Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change.
Payment is not taken until dispatch and customers may cancel a pre-order at any time.
Delivery
Dispatch & delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods passes once full payment has been received.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
